The Triple Victory that Secures Remuneration for our Authors: Partnerships with Argentina and India

APASER's leadership in Zagreb has yielded concrete results for our members: the signing of three major Reciprocity Agreements in 48 hours. These partnerships create a safety net for African screenwriters and directors in crucial markets:

Argentina (ARGENTORES and DAC): A double agreement in Latin America, combining the experience of ARGENTORES and DAC (Directores Argentinos Cinematográficos) with our dynamism.

India (SRAI): The signing with the Screenwriters Rights Association of India (SRAI) opens the door to the Bollywood market, one of the world's largest film industries.

These agreements guarantee that royalties owed to our authors abroad are collected by our partners and paid to APASER for distribution. This is a huge step towards better protection and remuneration for African audiovisual creation.
